Sharukhz By Danube is the first-ever commercial 55-story Tower named after a bollywood star, marking a landmark collaboration between a global star SRK and a leading developer, Danube properties. The project is set to rise in Sheikh Zayed Road and is set to be complete in 2029, having captured global investor attention. The project development includes 488 units with a build-up area of more than one million square feet, starting at unit prices of DH2 Million.

Dubai’s Rising Property Demand
Demand for Dubai’s commercial property is growing day by day. The commercial real estate sales increased by 31% to DH 30.38 billion, according to CRC property’s Q3 2025 market report, after a city’s residential real estate took a break, reflecting the commercial industry’s continued strong momentum.
The office sector became one of the biggest contributors to the rising demand of the city’s commercial property, also increasing in overall value. Total office transactions in Q3 reached DH3.1 billion across 1153 units, an impressive 93% increase compared to last year and an 18% rise from the previous quarter. Volume growth was equally notable, driven by ongoing demand for companies looking for prime locations and continued trust in the market, with the number of deals up 19% quarter over quarter and 45% year over year.
The premium business tower boasts over 35 world-class facilities, featuring a skypool with sweeping city views, a helicopter pad designed specifically for air taxis, parking valets, innovative fitness and wellness facilities, and private executive lounges intended for efficiency and comfort.
The chairman of Danube Group hinted that Shahrukhz by Danube 2.0 is already in the works during the Gala dinner, which was also attended by Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, though he did not share any further details. We will have to wait for future updates of Shahrukhz by Danube 2.0 following the massive success of Shahrukhz by Danube.
