    Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

    To file a notice of infringement with Khaleejjournal.biz, you must provide written communication via email, fax, or mail that includes all the information specified below.

    5 Good Faith Statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    6 Accuracy Declaration: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
    7 Physical or Electronic Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature.
