Are you a fitness enthusiast living in Dubai where metros and taxis are largely the modes of travelling across the city? Dubai Run is a great way to channelize your energy and to celebrate the fitness movement in the city.
The Dubai Run 7th edition is presented by Mai Dubai on 23rd November. Runners of all ages and abilities can participate in this one of the biggest Dubai running events.
The event is free for everyone to participate, and allows mass-participation which means it is going to transform that not-so-walkable city of Dubai into a giant running track. If you are planning to take part in this event, you will be passing landmarks in the city, including Museum of the Future, Dubai Opera, Burj Khalifa, and Emirates Towers.

Different Running Options At Dubai Run
It doesn’t matter whether you are an experienced runner or a rookie one, you will get to enjoy or bring forth your competitive side according to your expertise at the Dubai Run. There are two options for those who fill out the Dubai Run registration form:
- A 10km route for experienced runners, starting near the Museum of the Future
- A 5km flat, family-friendly route for more rookie runners or families
The event begins at 6:30 AM
Apart from the running experience, this event turns around the environment of the whole city. It is one of the biggest, if not the biggest fitness events in the world — not just in Dubai.
So, if you are willing to experience the coming together of Dubai’s wonderful communities, you must register on their website. You will have to register in advance and collect your T-shirts and bibs between 3rd November 2025 to 22nd November at the Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park.

The Dubai Fitness Movement
This event is an extension of the larger Dubai Fitness Challenge which is an annual event for the residents of the city. The aim of this event is to encourage the residents as well as the visitors to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 consecutive days — featuring thousands of free fitness activities across the city. You can register for the 9th edition on their website.
