Mahira spoke about the challenges she faced while portraying the blind woman on screen in a recent interview with City Times. “Imagine you can see everything in front of you while shooting, yet still convince yourself that you can’t. Portraying a blind woman was a journey of personal evaluation and emotional depth. It’s not something external, you have to feel it from within,” she stated.
