Ger ready, UAE residents. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has announced that cooler weather and scattered rain will continue across the country from today until Saturday. This is due to a low-pressure system moving in from the south-east, along with cold air in the upper atmosphere.

Abu Dhabi: The sky will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of rain in coastal, northern, and eastern areas as clouds develop. Winds will blow from the south-east to north-east at light to moderate speeds, occasionally becoming stronger and causing dust in some areas. Sea conditions are expected to be calm to slightly choppy in the Arabian Gulf and mostly calm in the Oman Sea.
Today and Tomorrow
The skies will remain partly cloudy to cloudy, particularly in western areas. Temperatures will drop noticeably, along with a chance of rainfall. Winds will shift direction from south-east to north-west, blowing at 10-25 km/h and sometimes reaching up to 35 km/h at times.
Friday
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will continue, especially over some coastal and northern regions, with further chances of rain. Humidity will rise overnight and into early Saturday in some inland areas. Winds will remain light to moderate, occasionally fresh, and will change directions from south-east to north-west.
Saturday
The Weather will stay mostly the same, with clouds persisting over coastal, northern, and eastern areas and the possibility of rain. It will feel humid overnight and into early Sunday with a possibility of light fog forming inland. Winds will stay light to moderate, sometimes a bit stronger, while the sea remains slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and mostly calm in the Oman Sea.
